Honey cake, two pans, English cake:
Ingredients
350 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
200 g eggs
240 g oil
200 g white sugar
320 honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
A quarter teaspoon of cloves
240 g hot tea
How to prepare
• Set oven to 160 degrees.
• In a saucepan, mix together sugar, eggs, oil, honey, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
• Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
• Pour the liquid mass into the flour, and mix well until you obtain a smooth mixture.
• Then, pour the tea into the mixture and stir. Pour into two baking pans and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
