This evening (Saturday night), thousands gathered at the Ohel Yosef synagogue in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem for a rally of support and outcry, after the severe attack in which Rabbi Alter Shlomo Lederman and his children Asher Menachem and Yaakov Yisrael Pelai were massacred for the sake of the holy name of God - and for the full recovery of the injured father, Rabbi Avraham Noah ben Yehudit.

The main burden was borne by the overseer, Rabbi Dan Segal, who roused the public with tears to strengthen themselves "so that the Holy One, blessed be He, will not send us any more such messages, God forbid.".

The overseer said that "the Holy One, blessed be He, wants us to be strengthened in unity and free love," and quoted the Tanna Debi Eliyahu: "Thus said the Holy One, blessed be He, to Israel, my beloved children, do I lack anything that I ask of you, and what do I ask of you except that you love one another, and that you honor one another.".

The head of the yeshiva, Rabbi Aviezer Piltz, delivered moving words of encouragement about the disaster and urged the public to pray for the recovery of the injured father.

At the end of his remarks, the overseer read chapters of Psalms together with the congregation and cried out "Our Father, our God," with the Ark of the Covenant open and the Torah scrolls visible.

The public cried out together in tears of joy: "Our father, our king, did for the sake of those who are slaughtered for your sake.".
