"I composed the song a few years ago," says Rata, "after the terrible attack in which a criminal murdered the holy man Dvir Yehuda Sorek. I had the song with me for a few years and almost forgot about it.
""In the terrible attack that occurred on Friday, at the sight of the sweet children Asher and Yaakov Pelai and the Reverend Alter Lederman, who were murdered for no wrongdoing, my heart shuddered along with the heart of the entire House of Israel.
""When I saw the picture of the two young brothers hugging and crying at their brother's funeral, tears welled up in my eyes. At that moment, I decided that I was dedicating the song to them. For them, and for all the families whose relatives' blood was spilled like water and our holy land cries out for their blood.".
