
4 teaspoons of peanut butter or almond butter
Large banana, sliced into 12 round slices
4 wooden skewers
1/2 cup dark chocolate 72% cocoa or higher, melted
2 tablespoons of roasted almonds, lightly ground in a food processor
Preparation instructions:
1. Arrange the 12 banana pieces on the four skewers, so that there are 3 banana pieces on each skewer.
2. Spread peanut or almond butter on all sides of the banana pieces.
3. Place the melted chocolate in a bowl and dip the banana skewers into the bowl of chocolate. Note that the skewers are dipped in a thin layer of chocolate.
4. Sprinkle the toasted almond chips over the chocolate, so that they are evenly distributed around the skewers on all sides.
5. Place the four skewers in the pan and freeze for 30 minutes, until the banana and chocolate harden.
