The Jerusalem Enforcement Office transferred 139 million shekels to the attorney for the families of terror victims - after Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich's approval of the seizure of Palestinian Authority funds was received. According to a report by 'Globes' journalist Avishai Greenzig, the money will be transferred to the families of those murdered in the lynching in Ramallah, the families of the attack on the children's bus in Kfar Darom, the families of the pedestrian attack on Ben Yehuda Street in Jerusalem, the families of the suicide attack on French Hill, the families of the car bomb attack at Megiddo Junction, the families of the infiltration attack in Alon Moreh, and more. Last Thursday, Finance Minister Smotrich implemented the decision of the Political-Security Cabinet to transfer 138.8 million shekels of Palestinian Authority funds to terror victims, in order to implement the ruling in the "Litvak" case, which determined that the Authority must compensate the families of terror victims murdered in Palestinian terror attacks. The government's decision was made as part of the sanctions on the Palestinian Authority, following the Authority's decision to appeal to the International Court of Justice in The Hague against Israel.
