Ingredients (8 units):

A teaspoon of coconut oil
100 grams of fresh, natural nuts and almonds: walnuts, almonds, pecans
20 grams sunflower seeds
10 grams raisins
2 tablespoons of molasses or honey
2 tablespoons water

Preparation instructions:

1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the water, then the oil and honey or silane.
2. Boil for a minute.
3. Add the nut, raisin and seed mixture and mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it cool.
5. After the mixture has cooled, cut into squares and serve.
