Kiryat Sefer, which does not have a single traffic light, gained an amazing attraction today: On the main street, near the 'Heichal Yitzhak' synagogue, a huge crane collapsed onto the road at noon. Hundreds of kindergarten and school children gathered to watch. Ultra-Orthodox photographer Ephraim Greenwald documented the incident.
