
Gluten-free mix – 500 grams
Sugar - 75 grams
Dry yeast – 17 grams
Water – 525 grams
Canola oil – 30 grams
Salt – 5 grams
Place the gluten-free mixture, sugar, and dry yeast into the mixer bowl and mix on low speed.
While stirring, add the liquids to the mixer for 2 minutes.
Add the salt, mix on medium speed for another 5 minutes, until you get a uniform dough.
Weight: Donut weight before baking, about 70 grams each (about 16 donuts)
Baking temperature: 205-215 degrees Celsius
