In the presence of rabbis, public figures, media and advertising figures, the most talked-about launch in the strictly kosher culinary world took place in Jerusalem this week: the launch of the new restaurant from the grill and gourmet Mediterranean food restaurant 'Entrecote'.
The 'Entrecote' restaurant was founded more than twenty years ago by brothers Shimon and his uncle Asraf.
The restaurant's launch event was preceded by a first-of-its-kind event in the world of restaurants: Those chosen to open the restaurant were none other than the Abrahi Kollel, who are supported by the Asraf brothers, who came to study Seder A at the restaurant.
The sight of dozens of young men meditating on Torah at the place where the new restaurant was to open was heartwarming.
The best professionals were mobilized to draw the lines of the dream: from the planning stage to the perfect execution. The plans turned into stones, the interior design gradually took shape, all in the professional hands of interior designer Efrat Shemesh, owner of a studio for planning, interior design and supervision, and an expert in designing commercial spaces.
Guests enjoyed fine meat from head chef Danny Aviv, unique alcohol, and enjoyable music from a klezmer group and DJ Yossi Azoulay, who made the evening enjoyable.
The one who honored him with his presence and also placed a mezuzah was the former Rishon LeZion and Rabbi of Jerusalem, Rabbi Shlomo Amar.
Among the distinguished guests who attended the event: members of Knesset, politicians, public figures, media figures, business people and many more.
The evening was overseen by producer and publicist Hava Sin Shalom. The public relations firm 'Freiman Strategy and Public Relations' managed the event's public relations. Event designer Elisheva Gliksberg was responsible for the event's design.
The official opening of the restaurant is this coming Monday, December 18, 12.12.22. Kiryat Hamada 22 Har Hotzvim Jerusalem.
