After we learned about the forehead last week, we will move on to an equally dominant part of the human face, which is the eyes: "There are eighty-eight organs in a person, and they all go and return only after the eyes.".
Of all the different parts of the body, there is nothing more precious and important to a person than his eyes. They are the ones that, at a glance, teach with vivid precision about the essence, the interiority, the secrets, the feelings, and the turmoil of the soul that afflicts and shakes a person.

Personal Training Corner – Making Change
Many people are afraid of change and would therefore prefer to live within a morning routine that lacks elements of life and relaxation. Why? Because people like frameworks.
They like the familiar and the known, and anything beyond that makes them step out of their comfort zones - and who wants to step out of their comfort zones?
Personal training invites us to give up comfort for a moment in favor of change. It shows us that habits and traditions are not always the answer, and that there are other ways to live.
Think about it for a moment. Does everyone in the world follow exactly the same routine? Do all people have to do the same rituals in the morning? Drink coffee, read the newspaper, and be stressed?
We are accustomed to feeding ourselves physical and mental toxins. We know that we are leading an unhealthy life, but for some reason we sanctify and guard it with zeal.
Through proper work, I recommend that you sit down and write down your morning routine, and understand where the stress starts. If you need to get up 15 minutes earlier - that's the time.
If you need to get organized from the evening - start now.
You too deserve to enjoy and make the start of the day fun and experiential.
Yours, Sherry
