According to a report in Kan News, in recent days, Likud officials have approached Ben Gvir and asked him and his party colleagues not to act as part of their election campaign in a way that would agitate the center-left camp, and specifically the Arab sector.

Likud wants to avoid causing the voting percentage in the Arab sector to increase.

Despite the request from Likud officials, Ben Gvir did not commit to not acting against the Arab sector.

Meanwhile, Benjamin Netanyahu rejected the messages he received from Democratic Senator Robert Menendez regarding the appointment of Itamar Ben-Gvir as a minister in his future government. In an interview with Kol Berama radio, Netanyahu said: "We are a democracy and we will decide who will be in the next government. I know how to stand up for our rights and my ability is not to bow my head and say 'no' when necessary.".

Netanyahu promised: "We will cancel all of Lieberman's decrees, people go to the supermarket and can't make ends meet, the tax on disposables and sugary drinks, what is this thing? We will definitely cancel it.".

""I call on the Haredi public to come out and vote, there is complacency. The world of Torah is in danger, I don't believe people are considering staying home. The media is trying to put everyone to sleep, including the Haredi, but we must wake up and leave our homes because those who stay home are actually voting for Lapid.".

The former prime minister attacked Lapid: "Lapid and his friends are destroying democracy. They cannot tolerate the fact that there are different opinions, they are a party of dictatorship, it is not the Likud that has primaries, it alone decides, a perfect dictator.".

Regarding the possibility of the Haredim joining forces with Gantz, Netanyahu said: "They said unequivocally and repeated that they are not going with him. Gafni also said in the most blatant way that they are going with Netanyahu and the Likud in any case, and it's good that he said that.".
