Naftali Bennett, the Prime Minister who was ousted from office in disgrace, is opposing the agreement between Degel and the United Torah Judaism party that allows United Torah Judaism to run together in the elections. According to the agreement, the Hasidic MMA formed with the Ministry of Education is buried, and Lib'ah studies will not be introduced into Belz Hasidic educational institutions.

Bennett, who allows himself to intervene in how the Haredim will educate their children, wrote on his Facebook account: "Transferring huge budgets to schools that refuse to teach English and math will create an entire generation of young people devoid of work and livelihood skills. This is a move that endangers the future of the State of Israel. It is simply unfair. Not for the young Haredim who were condemned by businessmen to ignorance, and who will never leave unprepared, devoid of the ability to support themselves and their families.".

Bennett also preached: "It is also unfair to the rest of the citizens of Israel, who will have to bear an increasing tax burden to enable this lifestyle.".

The former Yamina chairman, who ignores the fact that all Belza wanted was budgets and not a desire to teach Hebrew, added and wrote: "This is even greater folly these days, when there is a significant Haredi group, Belza Hasidism, that is raising a different, strong and serious voice, one that wants to give its children these essential tools.".

He added: "Our goal is to make it easier for young Haredi people to find a respectable livelihood, while maintaining their religious identity. The way forward is to increase the study of mathematics, English and science, not to stop them. When political deals condemn a whole generation to a life of poverty and suffering - I expect political leaders to prevent the disaster and not make small calculations.".

MK Dr. Shlomo Karai responded to Bennett: "Unbelievable. This political and ethical failure, which during his tenure as prime minister, and together with his education woes that I will carry on, even after pleas from both the coalition and the opposition, did not allow even an unofficial seller who studies core education to receive equal funding, complaining about core education.".

""Istra in a jargon-like manner. A disgrace. Like his entire political career.".

Family editor Yossi Elitov responded: "If Bennett were indeed even slightly connected to electricity, he would disappear from our lives for the next ten years. Like quite a few unnecessary politicians, Bennett chooses to reinvent himself through incitement against Haredim.".

""If it weren't for the Haredim who taught him prayer and values in Manhattan, Bennett would be living in the US today, physically and mentally far from his faith and his nation. This is Torah and this is its reward.".
