
6 pieces of chicken thighs (skinless and boneless chicken thighs)
Salt and pepper
6 tablespoons Master Chef soy sauce
6 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Master Chef mustard
4 crushed garlic cloves
A teaspoon of Master Chef sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
Half a kilo of small potatoes, boiled
12 tiny pearl onions or shallots
Basket of champignon mushrooms
• Place the chicken in a wide bowl, season with salt and pepper.
• Add soy, wine, honey, mustard, garlic and sesame oil to the bowl and mix well.
• Cover and allow the chicken pieces to absorb the seasoning for at least half an hour.
• Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
• Arrange potatoes, onions and mushrooms in a medium pan, with the chicken pieces between them.
• Pour over olive oil
• Roast for 20 minutes, turn the chicken and roast for another 20 minutes. If necessary, add a little more wine or water.
