Ra'am Chairman Mansour Abbas attacked Benjamin Netanyahu this evening (Saturday night) on the program 'Meet the Press', claiming that he is running an incitement campaign against Ra'am and the Arab MKs in which he accuses them of supporting terrorism.

""The time will come when we will respond to all this incitement," he said in an interview with Liron Avraham. "Netanyahu, who negotiated with us, comes out in videos and accuses us of being supporters of terror as if there were no enforcement authorities. If we were supporters of terror, we would be in a completely different place.".

He said: "Two days ago I remembered something. When it was announced that Netanyahu hosted Smotrich and Ben Gvir at his home in Caesarea, I remembered that I was also invited there by Netanyahu and Yoav Kish. The address of his home is on my WhatsApp.".

""I have a lot of evidence," the RAAM chairman claimed. "I usually don't speak or reveal political conversations or political correspondence, but when Netanyahu continues to incite against us every day - there is a limit to where he wants to lead us. He is violating our democratic and civil right to be partners and influencers.".

Abbas did not completely rule out support for Netanyahu for prime minister.

""I hope we will succeed in achieving a majority and we will establish a government of change. Whoever will head it will depend on the election results," he said. "There is a side that reached out to us and there is a side that negotiated with us, I will not forget that. But right now we have turned to the Bloc of Change." He added: "We have no interest in disqualifying anyone, any party.".

Abbas also referred to Muhammad Majdallah's publication that the Palestinian Authority is trying to interfere in the elections in Israel and that a senior PA official met with Joint List Chairman Ayman Odeh and MKs Tibi and Abu-Shehadeh. He said that it is inappropriate for any foreign entity that is not a citizen to interfere in the elections in Israel and within Arab society. "RAAM has not been and will not be part of any contact that is across the border, period," he clarified.

He completely ruled out the possibility of unification with the Joint List. "It's not on the agenda because the agenda there is for seats, our agenda is for political partnership.".

Regarding Ayman Odeh calling him "Arab Muhammad," Abbas said: "In my opinion, this stems from frustration and a sense of failure. He has nothing more to contribute to Arab society and politics in general, so he is squinting in the direction of slander.".

The Likud said in response to Mansour Abbas: "Unlike Yair Lapid, who formed a government with Ra'am and the Joint List, the Likud did not agree and will never agree to include the Muslim Brotherhood in the government.".

""The fact is that in 2019, when the right had 60 seats, former Prime Minister Netanyahu refused Mansour Abbas's offers to support the formation of a government led by Likud, and so we went to the elections.".

""The choice in the upcoming elections is a stable national government for 4 years led by the Likud, or a government of Lapid with the Muslim Brotherhood and the Joint List.".

MK Yoav Kish responded: "Mansour Abbas continues to lie. He has permission to publish everything he has. There was no document or negotiation except for the law for direct elections. Welcome to the Truth Machine. Good week, Israel.".
