Singer and songwriter Barak Grossberg releases a powerful new single-music video, ahead of the month of Elul.
Unlike his previous songs, Barak glides into the heart of the mainstream with musical production by Efi Shiner, who recently worked with Avraham Fried and Yaakov Shweki, Gad Elbaz and more.
The new single was written as a result of failures Barak experienced in his personal life that gave rise to feelings of regret. However, Barak thanks his Heavenly Father for all the moments and kindnesses he has shown him.
Barak is a convert from Tel Aviv who has gone through several stages in his life: starting with performances in the Tel Aviv bar scene at the age of 16, his father Shaul Grossberg produced many rock artists, then embarked on a long spiritual search, eventually entering the world of Torah.
Barak combines both worlds with a fascinating life story.
The clip, filmed and edited by Eyal Zion, features an urban boy who tries to achieve success in skateboarding, but experiences failures and falls. He continues to try in a framework of self-search, slowly improving and finally succeeding in achieving success with a sense of victory.
The clip was produced with the aim of conveying a message of personal empowerment and perseverance with faith in the Creator, with failures being part of the journey.
The actor riding is Eitan Malka.
