Netanyahu will make a final decision about the armor only after the primaries, although Hirsch has a high chance of receiving armor on the Likud list.
According to the report, based on tests conducted by Netanyahu, Hirsch has great electoral value. He appeals to broader audiences on the right that Netanyahu and the rest of the Likud may have difficulty reaching.
Hirsch is also considered a suitable figure for the state campaign that Netanyahu seeks to lead, in order to reach the so-called soft right-wing voters.
Hirsch is a member of the Likud, and in the past, Likud members asked to respect him and give him the opportunity to choose where he would be placed on the list.
