A unique ceremony took place earlier this week in the Hachshar HaYishuv Towers in Bnei Brak: dozens of rabbis, yeshivot chiefs, city rabbis, rebbes, community leaders, members of Knesset, mayors, heads of major companies in the economy, business owners, directors of institutions and heads of non-profit organizations participated in the inauguration of the house and the setting of mezuzahs for the new and luxurious offices of accountant Yoel Toledano, partner and head of the Haredi sector group at the BDO firm.

Before the opening of the event, a managing partner at BDO, CPA Shahar Ziv, spoke about the importance that the firm sees in the Haredi sector and the Bnei Brak branch, and that the firm's management advocates closeness to the communities and adapting to their needs, and the best example of this is the Bnei Brak branch, as one of the firm's strongest branches.

The rabbi of Bnei Brak, the rabbi Chaim Yitzhak Landa, praised accountant Rabbi Yoel Toledano for his standing alongside Torah and charity institutions throughout the country in general, and in Bnei Brak in particular.

The Sephardic rabbi of Bnei Brak, the rabbi Massoud ben Shimon, said that he was impressed by the strictness and observance of the rules of modesty at the branch, and added words about the importance of mezuzah matters.

A member of the Council of Torah Scholars, the Rebbe of Modzitz, warmly greeted the management team, and greeted all those gathered with an excited "chechaim." He then encouraged the partners in the branch, CPA Yoel Toledano and CPA Yossi Goldfinger, to observe the modesty regulations established in the workplace, as has indeed been the custom in the ultra-Orthodox branch of BDO since its founding.

The Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Shmuel Edelstein gave an emotional speech. In his remarks, he praised the initiative of CPA Yoel Toledano in employing the wives of avrechims, while providing them with appropriate and tailored conditions, so that they can support their husbands and families with dignity and well-being.

A moving moment was recorded after the 'Lechaim' ceremony, when the Rebbe of Modzitz and the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Shmuel Edelstein reminisced about their winter days when they studied together in the yeshiva.

The head of the Asheri Aish Yeshiva, the eminent Rabbi Yosef ben Porat, who came especially from Jerusalem in gratitude for the firm and professional stance of the office staff at the association's disposal, noted in his remarks the fact that "in essence, by placing the mezuzah, we are declaring that there is a homeowner and we are merely emissaries.".

The Rosh Yeshiva of Be'er Yaakov, Rabbi Yitzhak David Shapira, also congratulated the managers of the new office, emphasizing the seriousness with which matters are handled, with high professionalism on the one hand, and responsibility and assistance in guidance on the other.

The rabbinical sermon tour was concluded by the rabbi, Rabbi Aharon Hirsch, one of the rabbis of the Slobodka Yeshiva and son of the Germa Hirsch, who shone a light on the virtue of Rabbi Yoel Toledano as an outstanding Torah supporter who has many rights to Torah observance that will last forever.

Afterwards, the Mayor of Bnei Brak, Avraham Rubinstein, spoke, describing the greatness of the business virtue of such a respected CPA firm in the city of the Torah, which is filled with first-class business companies, and of course, many non-profit organizations and institutions that need the services of an CPA firm from the excellent BDO firm.

MK Yaakov Asher recalled his days as mayor of Bnei Brak, when the tall towers, including the settlement training tower where the new offices were inaugurated, were just a distant dream. According to him, people did not believe at the time that a day would come when large and highly regarded firms like BDO would want to come to Bnei Brak, out of appreciation for the place and the business people in the city.

MK Moshe Abutbul of Shas said that while he was mayor of Beit Shemesh, he also wanted such a branch to be established in his city, and it was agreed upon there that "another vision for the time being.".

MK Aboutbul said that perhaps now is the time for this as well, in order to provide employment for residents of Beit Shemesh in such a respected office that is tailored to the needs of the sector.

MK Yitzhak Pindros said that the residents of Bnei Brak feel a sense of duty to those who determine their affairs in the city, thus allowing the city of the Torah to prosper in a material sense as well. It is well known that if there is no flour, there is no Torah, and things are necessary for each other to sustain each other.

Also speaking were the deputy mayors of Bnei Brak, Hanoch Seibert and Menachem Shapira, who described in detail the process of business development in the city of Bnei Brak, and the challenges it faces along the way.

At the end of the speeches, a ceremony was held to place mezuzahs on dozens of rooms and entrances on the luxurious office floor. Jewish dignitaries, yeshivot leaders, mayors, and members of Knesset placed mezuzahs with great excitement, as the entire audience stood over them and prayed that the place would indeed flourish and prosper for the benefit of the residents of Bnei Brak and the Haredi public, with its many institutions and businesses.

Also honoring the evening with their presence were the Av Beit Din of Shikun G, Rabbi Yisrael of Ramrush, Rabbi Elchanan Zak, Rabbi Eliyahu Moyal, Rabbi Yigal Crispel, and Avrehim - the husbands of the many women who work at the branch.

Also surprising those present was the President of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chen Schreiber, who wished them good luck.
