Green salad with chili, nectarines and goat cheese coins coated with almonds

Just after the kids are back in school, it's time to think about light and refreshing foods • For example, a green salad with chili, nectarines, and almond-coated goat cheese coins

Ingredients:

 A handful of parsley

A handful of coriander

A handful of baby leaves

Two nectarines

A few coins of goat cheese

A handful of natural almonds

Half a teaspoon of chili flakes or a few chili slices

olive oil

lemon

Salt and ground black pepper

preparation:

• Slice the nectarines into quarters and eighths.

• Assemble the salad: Mix the leaves, add nectarines and chilies and mix gently with your hands.

• Season with a little salt and ground pepper to taste.

• Add a little olive oil and lemon and mix gently with your hands.

• Pour the natural almonds into the grinder, attach the BAMIX stick blender to it, and pulse to grind into ground almond powder.

• Pour the ground almond mixture into a plate and roll the goat cheese coins in it.

• Place three coated coins over the salad and serve.
