'Toamiya' magazine presents: Haman's ears made from upgraded dough with Bears chocolate filling

 Ingredients:

For the dough -

3 cups flour

1 bag of baking powder

3/4 cup oil (or 200 grams butter)

3/4 cup orange juice

A spoonful of sugar

For the filling -

Option A - Purchased date spread, one package plus a flat teaspoon of cinnamon

Option B - High-quality purchased chocolate spread with a little hazelnut spread

Preparation method:

• In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

• Roll out the dough on a lightly greased surface with canola oil into a sheet as thin as possible.

• Cut out circles using a medium glass and arrange on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

• Mix the filling well and place a little filling in the center of each circle. Lift the edges of the circle into a Haman's ear shape and pinch together.

• Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

• Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
