Who was Abbas referring to when he said: "Netanyahu agreed to a state within the '67 borders"?"

יו"ר הרשות הפלסטינית אבו מאזן צוטט על ידי סוכנות הידיעות הפלסטינית 'מען' כמי שאמר בראיון טלוויזיה שהעניק לערוץ 'פלסטין', כי ראש הממשלה בנימין נתניהו הביע בעבר הסכמה להקמת מדינה פלסטינית בגבולות 1967, ו"כי נותר רק לשרטט את גבולותיה". בלשכת ראש הממשלה הגיבו מיד על הדיווח בעניין הסכמה על גבולות 1967, ומסרו: "לא היו דברים מעולם". בהמשך התברר הדברים צוטטו בשגגה וכי אבו מאזן כלל לא אמר את הדברים: הדברים שכביכול נאמרו על נתניהו, נאמרו בפועל על האמריקנים. Abbas said in an interview: "We will not agree to enter into discussions on partial details regarding areas A, B, or C. We want to know definitively the borders of each state. Israel is the only country in the world without clear borders. We are willing to wait a day, a week, a month, but we will not be willing to wait another 20 years. The Israeli occupation wants to close its eyes, open them again and discover that there is no Palestinian state. "לא נקבל את זה שישראל מכריזה עלינו מלחמה כל שנתיים. לא נסלח על כך וישראל לא תחמוק מאחריות על פשעיה. יש לנו דרכים רבות וכלים רבים להבטיח שפושעים ישלמו על פשעיהם", איים. על מבצע 'צוק איתן' אמר אבו מאזן: "התוקפנות הישראלית רק חיפשה הזדמנות להרוג ולהרוס". במהלך הריאיון התייחס גם לפיוס עם חמאס והבהיר: "ההחלטה על שלום או מלחמה תהיה בידי הרשות הפלסטינית, אחרת יהיה כאוס". אבו מאזן מתח ביקורת חריפה על שורת ההוצאות להורג הפומביות שביצע חמאס ברצועת עזה וכינה אותן "מעשי פשע". לדבריו, חמאס היה השופט והתליין והוציא לפועל את ההרג, מבלי להתייעץ באף אחד. Abbas noted that next week, senior PA official Saeb Erekat will meet with US Secretary of State John Kerry to discuss efforts to renew political negotiations between Israel and the PA. Earlier today, a Jordanian newspaper reported that just days before the ceasefire, Netanyahu met with Abbas in Amman, the Jordanian capital. According to the report, the secret meeting was held under Jordanian auspices. Israel denied the report.
