For the poppy seed filling:
½ cup low-fat milk/oat/almond/soy drink
1 cup (70 grams) poppy seeds, freshly ground
1 measuring spoon Formula 1 Vanilla Cookie Flavor
1 teaspoon honey
To prepare the filling:
• Bring the milk to a gentle boil.
• Add the ground poppy seeds and cook, stirring, until the poppy seeds have absorbed most of the liquid.
• Remove from heat, add the Formula 1 powder and honey, stir and cool to room temperature.
To prepare the dough:
• Place the Formula 1 powder, protein powder, flour, baking soda, and lemon zest in a bowl and mix.
• Add the egg, yogurt and aloe vera drink concentrate and mix just until a uniform dough is obtained.
• Shape into a ball, flatten and wrap in cling film.
• Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
• Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a 5 mm thick sheet.
• Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles with a diameter of 7 cm.
• Brush the edges of the circle with a little water. Place a teaspoon of poppy seed filling in the center of each circle and fold into a Haman's ear shape. Seal the edges and place in the pan.
• Repeat the sequence of operations with the remaining dough circles and filling.
• Brush the haman ears with egg and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
• Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
