Three years ago, on the 1st of Shevat 5779, Rabbi Yitzhak Rosemarin and his wife left their grandson's wedding, which was celebrated in a hall in Jerusalem, at 2:00 AM. They took with them all the belongings they had brought with them to the wedding.

The couple randomly hailed a taxi that passed by the hall, driven by an Arab resident of East Jerusalem, who drove them to their home in the city. What the family didn't know was that the taxi driver driving them was a Hamas member.

As the couple got out of the taxi, they asked the Arab driver to open the trunk to allow them to take the items they had placed inside.

However, when the couple got out of the taxi and walked towards the trunk, the driver continued driving - and did not allow them to take their belongings.

Rabbi Rosemary and his wife waited for several weeks, perhaps the driver who had fled with the valuables would return and give them to them - but in vain. He did not.

A few days ago, exactly three years later, the Jerusalem District of the Israel Police called and informed Rabbi Rosemary, a Tok owner of Gur Hasidism, that his belongings were found during the arrest of four Arab suspects, residents of East Jerusalem, on suspicion of providing services to the Hamas terrorist organization.

A family member tells Haredim 10: "They didn't know he was a terrorist. They had a miracle. He could have taken them to a terrorist's house.".

The police located the owner after finding a phone number listed on the spodik.

The couple arrived at the police station and indeed saw all the items they had placed in the trunk - intact. Among the items was a bag full of items: a bottle of wine from the wedding, a gemara, a spodik, and a kapota that had been used by the late owner of "Halev Simcha" from Gur.

Another person close to the couple notes in a conversation with Haredim 10: "He received it as an inheritance, after the Rebbe passed away they brought it to him. It was the Rebbe's, he used it, and they brought it to him because he was close to the owner of 'Halev Simchah.' The amazing thing is that his belongings were preserved and were not damaged at all by the terrorist, who could have used his belongings and disguised himself as a Haredi person and carried out an attack.".

Those close to him say that Rabbi Rosemary and his family have not given up since the incident. "They believed that the precious objects would be returned thanks to 'Halev Simcha.' It's a miracle, we had a great rabbi called 'Halev Simcha.' He kept the things...""
