
5 chicken thighs
500 grams of pumpkin, cut into large cubes
1 clove of garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey/syran
Coarse salt
Ground black pepper
Dried thyme
Crushed sweet paprika
• Arrange the chicken in a large pot along with the pumpkin cubes.
• Scatter the garlic cloves between them.
• Drizzle olive oil and honey over the chicken.
• Sprinkle the spices on top
• Bring to a boil.
• Cook over low heat for about two hours.
