5 peeled potatoes (cook until completely soft and mash with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt)
For the meat layer: 500 grams of ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
A heaped tablespoon of salt, a teaspoon of paprika, and a teaspoon of sugar.
• Fry the onion until golden brown.
• Add the garlic for 10 seconds
• Add meat and spices
• Fry until the meat changes color.
• Add paste
• Taste, adjust seasoning if necessary - add sugar or salt
• Spread the meat layer in the pan, then top with the mashed potatoes.
• Mark Xs on the mashed potatoes with a fork.
• Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 180 degrees until browned, about half an hour.
