A new album by the Hasidic masterpiece band from New York - "Zoshah" - a real musical "phenomenon".

The band was founded in 2013 with vocalist Shlomo Geisen and guitarist Zechariah Goldschmidt, and was named after Rebbe Zusha of Anipoli.

The band combines traditional Hasidic melodies with styles such as jazz, folk, and reggae.

""Zosh" are launching their sixth studio album today called "Open The Gates".

Last week they released the first single from the album - "Harini Mechuin." In the new album, unlike the previous five albums, the band members host some of the biggest stars of Jewish music, such as Yeshi Ribo, Eviatar Banai and Eitan Katz.

When you listen to the album, you will feel as if you are walking the streets of Paris or the Old City of Jerusalem. The songs are warm and intimate, yet still powerful and bring the listener to a deep and inner place.

Just as trees purify the air, 'Zosh' hope to spread light through their music and bring positivity and unity to the world. Their music heals the soul and helps the listener feel whole and authentic. The new album offers something unique to the world of music, a breath of fresh air, just as trees produce for us.

The song "Lecha Dodi," the second single from the new album, features Israeli singer Yishai Ribo, and is particularly captivating due to the combination of voices and atmosphere. The collaboration has been brewing for a long time, and it is indeed fitting and appropriate, since the message is all about going outside to bless Shabbat HaMalkah.

Shabbat is the time when we step out of our regular routine to move into a "time" beyond time, a space beyond space, a place where all our souls unite in song. The song is sweet as honey, joyful and illuminating, and the end result is soulful, refreshing and uplifting.

The new album is available in digital stores for download starting today - Tu B'Shvat.
