Lyal apparently thought the camera wasn't focused on her during the live broadcast.

After the embarrassing footage gained momentum on social media, the political reporter was quick to post a clarification on her Twitter account: "Thanks to everyone who sent me pictures of me having a slight seizure following a transmission glitch. I'd rather you send them to the kids, I need to raise the deterrent a little at home.".
