His widow and children, most of whom are still minors, say they have come to terms with the situation. Perry has 7 children and his widow was pregnant with another child at the time of the murder.

In the lawsuit, the family members claim that they have evidence that the defendant Kedar began smuggling his assets to his associates without compensation.

He also recently sold one of his luxury apartments.

""The deceased was a businessman, who was the owner and manager of a group of companies in the construction sector, who in his later years became embroiled in debt due to the debts of the group of companies he owned," the lawsuit states. "The deceased supported the plaintiffs generously and generously, and provided them with a very high standard of living, although it was affected in the last year due to his financial entanglements.".

The lawsuit cited examples of Perry's income: "In 2018, his annual income amounted to 2,455,023 shekels, in 2019, his annual income amounted to 2,568,051 shekels. In 2020, his annual income amounted to 545,655 shekels.".

""The defendant must compensate the plaintiffs, as they are dependents of the deceased, for their damages resulting from his death," the lawsuit states. "The honorable court requests to award the damages according to the breakdown or according to any other division that it deems just.".
