
1 package of "biscuit" cookies"
1 tablespoon of high-quality ground coffee dissolved in half a cup of boiling water
1 tablespoon amaretto liqueur
1 container of sweet cream
1 container of mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Grated cocoa/dark chocolate - for decoration.
• Whip the cream and separately the cheese.
• Mix the whipped cream, cheese and powdered sugar
• Mix the liqueur with the coffee.
• Dip a biscotti in coffee with the liqueur and arrange a layer of the dipped biscotti in a beautiful, transparent dish.
• Then a layer of whipped cream and cheese
• Another layer of biscuits
• Top with another layer of whipped cream.
• Sprinkle cocoa over the top using a sieve or sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
