During the dispersal of a protest demonstration in Jerusalem's Shabbat Square, police cavalry arrived on horseback - and wreaked havoc in shops and stalls.

The police mercilessly beat stall owners who tried to protect their merchandise, overturned stalls placed on the sidewalk, and caused heavy damage.

Watch the pictures, step by step: The horseman passes by the stand, pulls and throws the merchandise onto the sidewalk, causing hundreds of shekels of damage to the store owners.

The store owner: "This is corruption and evil. We did not protest. We also suffered damage from the demonstration. Who is comfortable with a demonstration on Passover Eve? And with all this, the police - who are supposed to uphold the law - are corrupting and destroying.".
