Sergeant Major Muhammad Su'ad, a Bedouin policeman from the north of the country and father of five children - who has been serving at the Lev Habira police station in Jerusalem for 13 years, serves as a community police officer in the Nachlaot and Mussara neighborhoods, which are home to a diverse population, including an ultra-Orthodox population.

Who misses out on something like that? Scholarships, a job opportunity, and a prestigious degree.

Why are there some ultra-Orthodox people looking for such strange destinations abroad?

A diner always smiles, looking to do good for everyone: "This is my life, to smile and do good for the residents of the areas I tour.".

In recent days, he began a journey to find someone, a child who needed a smile, and to try to make his dream come true. After numerous conversations with residents of the Musrara neighborhood, the boy who had dreamed his whole life of becoming a police officer was found.

This is Shmuel Isaac, a special child whose smile captivates. "I arrived at the family based on stories and information I received, knocked on the door and introduced myself," says the police officer. "As soon as the child saw me, he told me that his dream was to be a police officer. Faced with such a request, not only did I not remain indifferent, but I did everything I could to fulfill the special child's dream.".

All approvals for Shmuel Isaac's "rapid recruitment" were soon received, and a special police vehicle was even prepared - the "wish vehicle.".

On the morning of the day, the police arrived at his home, and accompanied by his father and another family member, they got into a car and quickly arrived at the 'Lev HaBira' station in the Russian Compound in Jerusalem. The police were ready for mobilization, and the entire police facility was on alert for the special police officer's entry.

Shmuel Isaac wore the special police uniform that was tailored for him, received the rank of inspector - and set out on an exciting day of training.

First, he met the officers responsible for the various weapons at the station, and he chose to 'try out' an antique rifle from many years ago. The explanations were given and he was not happy with the police officers and the special boy as he stood in a shooting position like a professional.

At his request, he met the Border Patrol dogs who brought the special dogs that assist police officers in a variety of issues. Shmuel Isaac held the dog and went on missions to detect explosives and suspicious charges throughout the station, and while on this mission, he was called to the police car in order to help the police enforce the law against drivers and ensure that traffic flows.

Shmuel Isaac activated the car's sirens and the amplification system 'and brought order to the roads of Jerusalem.'.

Later in the day, due to an urgent operational need, Shmuel Isaac was transferred to the forensics department and there, equipped with a special suit and additional equipment, he assisted the police in deciphering a dark affair and capturing the criminals.

After several hours of experimentation and training, it was decided at the 'Lev HaBira' station that there was room to 'recruit' Shmuel Isaac, and the station's command staff awarded him the long-awaited police officer's certificate.

Sergeant Su'ad Muhammad, who conceived and carried out the entire day of encouragement for the special child, spoke about the Israel Police's 'Wish Car' activity. "The Wish Car' was designed to suit most of the needs of children - from the ages of 3 to 18 only, who suffer from various health problems and disabilities. Our police officers locate the children or there are those who contact us and they will come to the homes of the children who are found suitable, and give them an enriching and unforgettable experience.

""When I see a happy child who forgets his limitations, it gives me strength and recharges my batteries and sends me on a sacred mission to find the next children who need help. I will reach them and help them.".
