The persecution of the right continues: Facebook removed a post from the Instagram account of Yair Netanyahu, the Prime Minister's son, and blocked him from posting or responding to other users for 24 hours. He was also blocked on the social network Facebook.
Later, Netanyahu Jr.'s Twitter account was also blocked for 12 hours.
The scandalous censorship was carried out after Yair published a poster encouraging people to come and demonstrate in front of the home of MK Nir Orbach from his right - along with his address - and to support him not to join the left-wing government.

In another tweet, which was taken down from the internet, Netanyahu wrote: "Instagram removed my post of a poster, of a demonstration in front of Nir Auerbach's house! 1984 is here!".
Yair Netanyahu said in response to his blocking on social media: "The persecution, censorship, and silencing of social media against right-wingers is breaking a new record. Since yesterday, Facebook and Twitter have blocked the accounts of many right-wingers, including Yair Netanyahu's accounts, because they posted a post calling for participation in a demonstration against Nir Auerbach.".
""While Facebook and Twitter blocked Yair Netanyahu, they did not block the people of the Prime Minister who posted the exact same post as Yair. The left led by Naftali Bennett completed the coup and today this is the new reality: A call from the left to demonstrate = support. A call from the right to demonstrate = incitement.".
It should be noted that the WhatsApp accounts of about 30 members of Otzma Yehudit were also blocked. The company is owned by Facebook.
Likud called in English on Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to "stop the double standard and allow freedom of expression for everyone.".
