Hassan Nasrallah, leader of the terrorist organization Hezbollah, began his speech this evening (Tuesday), on the occasion of the anniversary of the Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon - by apologizing for not speaking recently because he is ill.

During Nasrallah's speech, he appeared ill, weak, having difficulty breathing between sentences, and mostly coughing.
In his speech, he referred to the events in Jerusalem and said: "Jerusalem has reached a state of dangerous threat that has led the 'resistance' to a new, historic and decisive position. The reason for the latest escalation was the stupidity of Israel's leadership, and its arrogance - which underestimated the 'resistance' and made miscalculations.".
In his speech, Nasrallah praised the "resistance" in Gaza, and the "firm stand" of the people of the Gaza Strip during the latest round of escalation. "I congratulate the people of Gaza who supported and lived with aggression and expressed nothing but their loyalty.
He said, "Netanyahu and his team thought they would only face statements and condemnations for their actions in Sheikh Jarrah, but they did not expect Gaza to intervene and take the historic action. Gaza surprised the enemy with the decision to implement the statements against Israeli actions in Jerusalem.".
He addressed the Israeli public directly and said: "You need to learn that attacking Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque is different from any other attack you have carried out. Israelis need to understand that the reactions to the attack on our holy sites are not limited to Gaza alone, but that the attack on the Holy City means a regional war. Israel needs to know that the 'resistance' axis organizations in the region are not in contact only on a daily basis, but on an hourly basis - and we will not allow Jerusalem to be harmed.".
