Footage from a computer game that has been posted on social media, asking players to shoot "as many Haredim as possible," is causing a stir.

The chairman of the Shas faction in the Knesset, MK Michael Malchieli, said in response: "We were warned in real time, but all the red lines were crossed long ago.".

According to him, "from daily incitement and intimidation, to riots and lynchings against people with religious appearances who go around in the street and are beaten until they bleed, and now computer games where the players are required to shoot as many Haredim as possible.".

""I strongly demand that all elected officials and various whistleblowers immediately and firmly condemn these things, and call on the Attorney General, who is responsible for maintaining public order, to immediately launch an investigation and bring the law to its full extent. Whoever remains silent is an accomplice. No less.".

Herzliya City Council member Elad Tzadikov, CEO of the Ofek organization, filed a police complaint today against Eviatar Amitai, who allegedly built and distributed the computer game.

""The game was distributed online without interference and without the intervention of any enforcement agency," says Tsadikov. "The serious incitement against the Haredi public is the fruit of the despair of a year of difficult trials in the political and media arena. .

""Just last week, Deputy State Attorney Nurit Litman ruled that the online incitement of Eran Rubinfeld, a senior graphic editor and government supplier, to 'inject gas into yeshivas' is legitimate within the framework of freedom of expression.".

According to him, "The distorted and discriminatory law screams to the heavens, and sets a precedent for the bloodshed of the Haredi public. It is not for nothing that a few days later, we witness the publication of a web game that actually incites the murder of Haredi people.".

"In no country in the world would this event be received with media, political, and public tolerance. Only in Israel do the media, legal, and enforcement bodies allow themselves to fill their mouths with water in the face of these difficult events.".
