"MDA medics and paramedics are providing medical treatment and are taking 8 injured people to Soroka Hospital in mild condition, including 4 adults and 4 children." Ofir Weiter, a United Hatzalah medic, said: "This is an accident involving two buses. We provided first aid at the scene to about ten children and teenagers who were slightly injured." Yoram Cohen, another United Hatzalah medic, added: "After the initial aid we provided to them at the scene, most of them were evacuated to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva for tests and further treatment - some are suffering from injuries and cuts due to broken glass and some from bruises following the accident.".
