Yehuda Guetta, the owner of the Super Yoda chain, made an exit that netted him 170 million shekels when he sold the Tel Aviv chain to Paz.

NIS 50 million of this amount will be paid in future installments over six years.

Guetta, a member of a family from the troubled Jesse Cohen neighborhood in Holon, and the youngest of 14 siblings, will receive 120 million shekels immediately in exchange for the chain he founded, which has 16 branches spread across Tel Aviv.

When asked by Calcalist - what made you decide to sell? Guetta replied: "I built the company in 2003. It's my baby. But eventually the Sabbath thing came (the chain's branches are open on Sabbaths, and a significant component of the revenue comes on the weekend). My children are religious, and there was no one to pass the business on. My daughter is a school teacher, religious, my son is involved in computers, and my daughter-in-law works with me. I've been in retail for 40 years.".

What do you plan to do with the money? Journalist Golan Hazani asks him in an interview, and he answers: "I came from a family of 14 children, but nothing was missing in the house. I'm going to arrange things for the whole family, including my nephews.".
