The Herzliya Magistrate's Court recently accepted a defamation lawsuit filed by singer and actor Shuli Rand against L., the girlfriend of his estranged wife, Michal Rand.
According to a report on Channel 7, the lawsuit was accepted after L. did not file a defense, and Rand was awarded the 300,000 shekels he claimed, plus expenses and attorney's fees.
The lawsuit is based on publications the company made on its Facebook page, in which it defamed Rand, claimed that he was violent towards his family, and more.

This is a series of posts published between October 2019 and July 2020, in which L. revealed the way in which she claims Rand treated his wife and children, including various slanders and allegations.
Among other things, L. wrote in one post, "Shuli lives like a king while his wife and children languish." In another post, she claimed: "He once warned me that if I didn't get her (Michal) out of the house, he would murder her.".
The lawsuit was filed last July, and after more than six months without a defense, a ruling was issued accepting the lawsuit in full.
