Segal believes that "lack of information" is not an excuse not to get vaccinated.

Segal noted that someone who does not get vaccinated is a person who goes on Facebook too much, a person whose "brain has been fooled" - and a person who does not take responsibility for his life and endangers his grandfather, his mother, and even himself.
