The experiment was carried out at a base in the center of the country and was attended by fighters from the Air Defense Division, the Air Force's Experimental Division, and the Navy.

Rafael is the developer of the weapon system, and the Elta division of Israel Aerospace Industries developed the system's 'Adir' radar in its naval configuration and the MMR radar in its land configuration. The command and control system is being developed by mPrest.
