As you may recall, in the footage distributed on social media, Fleishman is seen being pulled out of his bed while he is sleeping and dragged by police officers, without a kippah and without shoes, in the intense Jerusalem cold, while begging for his life and shouting: "I can't walk.".
After several hours, he was released into the Jerusalem cold, without socks, shoes, or medication. He was declared missing and only 12 hours later was he found lying in the mud and rushed to the hospital with frostbite.
The shocking sightings led to a fundraising campaign designed to improve his living conditions and life.
