MK Bezalel Smotrich, chairman of the National Union, appeared tonight (Saturday night) on the program "Meet the Press" on Keshet 12.

In a conversation with host Rina Matzliach, he initially estimated that there would be no elections because Blue and White Chairman Benny Gantz had agreed, as he put it, that he would not allow the Knesset to be dissolved - and postponed the elections.

Regarding the negotiations with Yamina Chairman Naftali Bennett, he said: "Bennett and I are not completely closed, we are not in negotiations, when there are elections we will sit down like good friends and talk.".
