Historic moment: A delegation of senior officials from the United Arab Emirates landed in Israel

Israel and the United Arab Emirates will sign today (Tuesday) a mutual agreement to exempt entry permits.

This will make the United Arab Emirates the first Arab country to which Israelis will not be required to have a special entry visa or foreign passport to fly.

This agreement and additional agreements in the fields of aviation, investment protection, science and technology, will be signed as part of a trilateral summit meeting at Ben Gurion Airport, in which a delegation from the United States will also participate.

Prime Minister Netanyahu welcomed the delegations at 12:00, after which the agreements will be signed.

Netanyahu, US Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and UAE Finance Minister Obaid Humaid Altay will deliver joint statements after the signing of the agreements.

After that, professional meetings are expected to be held between ministers and other senior officials from the various parties.
