
The police asked the leaders of the Saero Viznich community in Haifa to disperse a prohibited gathering in the square next to the synagogue.
Haifa police arrived yesterday evening in the city's Viznich neighborhood, upon receiving a report at the 100 hotline about a large gathering in the outdoor plaza near the synagogue, in a manner contrary to the Ministry of Health's guidelines.
When the police arrived at the scene, they demanded that the Hasidic leadership evacuate the gathering from the plaza, and hundreds of people were dispersed to their homes, while the documentary materials were transferred for examination and those responsible were summoned to the police station later.
As part of the proactive and focused enforcement, Haifa police arrived again this afternoon, under the command of the station commander - Police Chief Amir Goldstein, who asked the community leaders to disperse the crowd and also called on residents to return to their homes and act in accordance with the instructions.
