A new, personal and exciting album that is being released these days, transforms texts from sources such as the prayer book and the Machzor, with touches of jazz and various styles - into a wonderful experience for the month of Elul, the High Holy Days and the holidays of Tishrei.

The creator, Gilad Braunstein, began his musical journey at the age of 6, served as an outstanding musician in the IDF, and studied at the most professional schools in the field.

You've probably already met him on stage playing classics alongside Jonathan and Aaron Razel, jazz in Eli Dejibri's big band, or Jewish music with Naor Carmi.

In the past year, Gilad has begun releasing his original songs. Some of them he produced independently, and some he created together with legendary producer Shmulik Daniel.

The result is amazing: texts from the sources (Book of Life, Aguda Echat, and The Priests), complexity (There is no despair, Learning to walk slowly), and also a song that is a moving lament inspired by the prayer to God full of mercy (Wings of the Shekhinah), which create a connection between the popular music he grew up listening to at home - folk, rock, and especially country, and the Israeli one.
