The dayanim Gaon Rabbi Asher Weiss, Gab"d "Darachei Horeah", also signed the decision and wrote: "I agree with the words of the Geonim Shlita.". The widowed Rebbetzin Sarah Friedman, the wife of the Rebbe zt"l, also publishes a letter in which she writes that "According to the ruling of the above-mentioned rabbis and with the consent of all the sons of the Rebbe, and as it is clear to me without a doubt that the will of His Holiness the Rebbe of. All the sons and sons-in-law also signed a letter, in which they write that everything that was done after the passing of the Rebbe zt"l was done by mutual consent. As reported in Haredim 10, the will left by the Rebbe zt"l was written and signed on the 17th of Tevet 5770. It includes 9 sections that include detailed references to the "successor" of the youngest son, Rabbi Yitzhak Yehoshua Heshil Friedman - 'who will head all institutions that bear the name Rozhin-Sadigura, and everything will be under his supervision, including all matters of appointments.” The will was drawn up and signed by two Sanz Hasidic judges - the Gaon Rabbi Israel Berger, rabbi of the Ganei Geula neighborhood in Jerusalem, and the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Weingarten, one of the most prominent Sanz judges in Bnei Brak. As you may recall, the six sons of the Rebbe zt"l left after the rally held on Monday, at the end of the "shevea” to circle around the large Beit Midrash building, and from there they left for Beit HaChaim in Givatayim - to ascend to the Zion of their father zt”l.
