Rabbi Meir Shlomo Younik: ""It is very disturbing to see unsupervised children on the road. The danger is increasing day by day. We cannot rely on miracles. Parents need to be vigilant – not be absorbed in their phones and pay attention.".
He adds: "There are parents who trust their young children to supervise their younger children, instead of the adults doing it.".
