Four young Jews were attacked during the demonstration held in Jaffa last Sunday, after they accidentally came across the scene with their vehicle.

Two young women who were in the car described the moments of the attack: "There was a mass demonstration of Arabs, and without realizing it at all we found ourselves in the middle of the demonstration. They surrounded us from every direction. They realized we were Jews, hands flew into the car, spitting, crazy curses, hateful curses.".
One of the young women describes: "We didn't know what to do, we had nowhere to run, they surrounded us with people and motorcycles. When we closed the windows so as not to die, they started breaking our car, banging on the windows, breaking the mirrors.".
After a while, the young people managed to escape the demonstration: "We managed to get out of there miraculously, it was a miracle that nothing happened to us, only property damage. We turned to one of the police officers to help us, we came to him traumatized and stressed, and he was so closed to us. You see guys who were lynched, he didn't even ask if we were okay.".
Her friend added: "If it were the other way around, I'm sure there would have been chaos, a lot of noise. We only received disdain from every police station we went to. We didn't get a basic response. Just 'Go somewhere else, we can't help you.'".
Attorney Haim Bleicher of Mhonenu, who is accompanying the young people as victims of a crime, sent a letter to Jaffa Investigations requesting that they collect the security cameras in the area and bring the suspects in the riot to justice.
The attorney claims in his letter: "The protesters recognized that the clients and passengers of the vehicle were Jewish, and began shouting 'Jews, Jews.' Within a few seconds, rioters began to approach the vehicle and began to curse them with many curses, such as: 'Jews,' rude curses at the female passengers of the vehicle, and spit at them. This is a riot with a racist nationalist background.".
