Baruch Dayan, the truth teller: In Bnei Brak, Rabbi Shimon Sasson, the late owner of the 'Shemaya' chain of stores for sacred items in Bnei Brak, Jerusalem and Petah Tikva, passed away this morning (Friday), at the age of 65.

The late, well-known figure in the city of Torah and Hasidism, suffered a severe stroke last year and was hospitalized, and has not recovered since.

Today, to his regret, he returned his soul to its creator.

The late, z"l, was a man of kindness and donated much of his fortune to yeshivas, Torah and kindness institutions.

For many years, he served his customers with dedication, in a store located across from the Itzkowitz Synagogue in Bnei Brak, where he sold holy utensils and tallitot.

He left behind a blessed generation of righteous people: 12 children, sons and daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who continue his path.

His funeral procession left today at 2:00 PM for the Ponevezh Funeral Home in Bnei Brak, where he will be buried.
