About ten people were located today (Monday) in the area of the Rashbi's grave in Meron by Border Police officers, sleeping in a cave and in tents - and their vehicle was covered with a green cover, to prevent the police from noticing them.
The police detained them for questioning, during which they were issued fines for violating the public health order.
Starting this morning, large forces of police and Border Guard have been deployed in the forests and open areas of the Zion area, equipped with surveillance equipment and off-road vehicles to enforce the guidelines.

""It is important to us that the public understand the significance of not complying with the instructions and of attempting to reach the HaZion area in Meron," the police say. "This is a real danger of the spread of the coronavirus and all our activity in the area is intended to save lives.
