A meaty and delicious recipe: Olivia salad combined with roasted chicken • Very easy to prepare

Ingredients for 4 individual servings:

4 potatoes
2 carrots
500 grams chicken breast (optional)
4 hard-boiled eggs
4 pickled cucumbers
1/2 can of Master Chef tender green peas
1 peeled green apple (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
1/2 jar Master Chef Dutch mayonnaise

Preparation method:

1. Cook the potatoes and carrots together with the skin until they are soft.
2. Roast/cook the chicken breast separately.
3. Peel the vegetables and cut into small cubes.
4. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
5. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut into small cubes.
6. Cut the pickles and apple into small cubes.
7. Transfer all the chopped ingredients to a large bowl, add the salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
8. Transfer the salad to 4 individual rings, place them on serving plates, and secure them tightly.
9. Remove the herrings, garnish the salad with parsley leaves and serve.
