After winning hearts with 'Raba Raba' and 'Oud Rabbenu Chai', the management of the 'Gaon Yaakov' Yeshiva is unveiling at the annual dinner the third musical production in the series - 'You Were My People'.

In a rare and first-of-its-kind clip, produced by the video division of 'Bahazit', rare documentation is revealed for the first time from the head of the yeshiva, the late Grail Steinman, as he accompanies the construction of the new Torah temples of 'Gaon Yaakov' with his life.

The video was produced in a unique way, translating in every frame the lyrics of the song, which were written and composed by Ahrla Weintraub - who also performs it together with Motti Wiesel and Dodi Linker in a particularly moving duet, arranged by Shmulik Weinreich.

At the climax of the rare clip, the late Rabbi is seen delivering the general lesson in the new yeshivah beit midrash built in his name - 'Heichal R' Aharon Leib' - which has just been completed.

The Dinar was prepared to raise the remaining funds to complete its construction, at the initiative of Governor Rabbi Israel Reisner.

The transplant of Maran's image into the new hall, using advanced and innovative video editing from 'Bahazit', was done to illustrate to the dinner participants how important the construction of the yeshiva building, which is expected to be inaugurated in the year 2019, was to him, alongside the significant expansion of the yeshiva and the number of young men studying within its walls.
